I absolutely love this pet store. They have a great selection of everything for a great price. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help you. I highly recommend this pet store over any other.
I'll say this. This place is nice, clean & friendly. But place needs to NOT stock so much dog & cat food. They have so much, might as well be a dog & cat food place. Not many pets to buy. They have a few fish, birds, & fur babies(no cats or dogs). But PLENTY(too many) of choices of dog & cat food. More animals. Less dog & cat food. & they have a kitty cat they runs the place & he is super friendly.
Employees aren't very educated, nor do they seem as if they care about their pets or customers. Items scan wrong, they aren't apologetic, neither does management seem to care about the well being of the store over all being of the store. The store is only stocked on certain days of the week, I've never felt welcome, very disappointed not only in today's experience but the overall state of the store these days.
Its a wonderful place and there are very kind people and are so many animals but it changes alot.i hope you also have a great time here
