This place is filled with angels! I love everyone there. They took our pup in, in a heartbeat when he was sick. They did a thorough exam and gave us the proper medication, and sent home free samples. They even took the time to call the next day and check in. I highly recommend this place!!

Just moved to the area and started taking my dogs to this clinic. When my little dog started coughing all night and then was throwing up in the morning, I contacted them right away to see if I could bring her in to get her checked out only to be told that they could not see her and the next available appointment would be in a couple of days! I was shocked that they would turn my sick dog away and quickly called the Lone Oak Animal Clinic who told me to bring my dog in. They were wonderful and took care of my dog and gave her medication to help take care of her stomach infection. I will NEVER take my dogs to Progressive Animal Healthcare again! Responding to your reply I faxed you information on both my dogs so you would have their information on file. When I made my appointment for one of my dogs, I was told I would be able to meet the vet. When I got there, I had to wait in the parking lot and was then told I was not allowed to meet the vet. How the hell could I have \established a relationship\ with the vet??

I cannot recommend Dr. Alex De La Rosa and the staff here enough. Her priority is your pet and she takes them on as her own as they work through issues you are having. She completely explained every possible scenario and steps moving forward we needed to know about our pet's condition and went above and beyond for care. I felt so much better having her in our pet's corner. If you are looking for a vet who will care for your pet like it's her own, go to Dr. De La Rosa.
