I needed new tires and asked around within my friends as to which business is their favorite in Paducah. I finally decided on Purcell Tire & Service Center. I chose the location near the mall due to it being close to work. I called a couple days before to inquire about prices. The rep I spoke with was friendly, confident, and concise in his estimate. I ordered the tires and was told they would be there next business day but due to my schedule chose the day after for installation. I arrived a couple minutes early and was greeted by the same staff member as before. It didn't take ling to install my 2 new tires, I didn't pay attention to the amount time because I was watching Jeopardy in their lobby. Customers were wearing masks as well as staff and the lobby seats were appropriately spaced due to covid. The rep told me I had a warning light on and explained what most likely caused the light and answered a couple questions I had about the service light. The price was as agreed on my initial interactions. I would recommend Purcell to any of my friends, they were quick, convenient, and friendly and the price did not have any hidden fees and was reasonable.
