I just talked to the man and asked for a repair estimate, just like he offers on his pre-recorded voice mail message. Immediately, all I received was a high pressure, sales pitch over the phone that ended with his telling me the prices of ones exactly like my brand, which he had in stock. If I'd called requesting prices it would've been expected and understood. However, I specifically asked for an estimate, hoping he would ask me to bring my unit by for his professional consideration and expertise. This is a vacuum cleaner that I want repaired not replaced. Unfortunately that wasn't even considered as part of the conversation. Also unfortunately, I read the previous review from Elliot Polach (((( AFTER )))) I'd called the man, obviously a little too late. Smh !!!!
