If I could give zero stars I would. They exploited my 90 years grandmother who has passed away. She purchased an entire bedroom set and recliner which was paid off. She made ALL payments but 1 on her mattress and they threaten the family with False court proceedings when she has giving them 3 times the amount the mattress is worth. Please I beg you to go to Home Depot, Lowes, or Big Lots to get whatever you need. You will pay 3x's the amount here at Rent One, then just purchasing on your own. They also offer credit with no interest and Big Lots offer Lay-a-way. These people gain off people who are trying to get on their feet.
