Now as much as I'd like to give this play something more I cant!! Now I'm going to give some positive feedback before I give negative. Pos. 1. you will have a roof over your head. 2. You will have running water (most of the time) Now the negatives 1 they don't like your kids outside. 2. They don't let you give a simple 60 day notice to move. 3 if you try to move before your lease it gcost 2000 4. There will be mold in the bathroom. 5. They won't fix the carpet before you move in. 6. They turn the water off when they gotta fix something and don't give any warning at all. I lived here for a lil over a year, if I knew then what I know now I wouldn't move in. So definitely a 0 star place. Now to move i gotta get this place professionally cleaned and that will cost money then pay over 2000 out of pocket. Why would I wanna do that?? Dont move here!

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS DUMP. I have lived here over a year and there is nothing but problems. The apartments leak, and when I say leak its constant. The morons they hire to do maintnance do shoddy work, don't attempt to clean up after themselves, and are constantly making problems worse. The Apartment Manager is a is a 2 faced snake. Will smile and lie until you sign the lease then you better watch out. All the positive reviews that mention the manager are probably filled out by her or family as they DO NOT reflect reality. The lies the shoddy workmanship and greed fill this place and it shows. I challenge the supposed owner to justify these pictures, This was left on a Friday night and when the \wonderful\ manager was contacted her reply was \we might get to it on Monday\. That's your \professional\ Manager, Mr Owner. Decide on your own if you move here, but you cannot say you were not warned.

Nice, quiet area to live in with great, affordable housing. Main city area is only 8 minutes away with plenty of options to shop and eat at. Great second place to call home.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my boyfriend lived here a year and Vicky never had any problems out of us. We lived in a downstairs apartment with barely any windows. The air vent leaked all the time, and many times we had to put in a maintenance to repair because our sink clogged. I emailed Vicky over a week before our move out to figure out a date to do the walk thru and return our keys. She emails me the day of, after I had been waiting a week for her response, that she can do it that day, and to be on time or she would have to move forward with the move out. I didn't see the email until later that day after she had already moved forward with it because I was working. Emailing back the day of isn't much of a notice Vicky! I emailed back that I was sorry I didn't see her email on time and to see what to do next. She didn't email back until a week later, when I asked her AGAIN could I have a copy of the move out checklist, and I see I was charged 435 in fees because she didn't receive the keys back. How was I supposed to be there with only a couple hours notice. I would have brought the keys that day if she would have emailed me back. I didn't hear back until TODAY! 435 to replace a couple light bulbs, clean the inside of the stove and change the burners, and to replace the locks. REALLY?! You could have emailed me back a week ago and get the keys but instead you ignore my emails so you can get all the money you can out of our deposit. It just seemed too planned out... I can only imagine how many she has done this to... You even said it yourself Vicky, we were great tenants, but even the good ones you take advantage of! I would NEVER recommend anyone rent from the Rivera Apartments. 150 more and you can get a nice 2 bed 2 bath in a better neighborhood as well, where you don’t get your car broken into and smell weed coming from your neighbors apartment... Im honestly just glad to be out of there. What a joke!

I have been living here since June 2015 and have renewed my lease for 2 more years. Its been a huge change since I moved in for the better. The current manager is on top of it and place is clean and quiet all the time. I have two of my coworkers who also moved in since I told them how good it is.
