The manager sits right at the front door smoking. When I told her the ordinance says 15 feel from the door she told me \I am the manager and I can do whatever I want.\ Also, during this time of COVID neither employees were wearing mask. I called to asked for Management name and Kaitlin refused to give it. I will be contacting the City Ordinance Dept. as well as the Health Dept.
