Bill (who services mortons gap KY) was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to help me. He explained everything in a way that I would understand. He was very patient and kind. He was also very knowledgeable and skilled in his specialty. Bill is truly the reason why I will continue my business with Terminix over any other pest control company from now on, as well as recommend Terminix (specifically bill) to anyone in the area. I can't even say \horrible customer service\ from the Paducah, KY branch because for the last two weeks we've been trying to get ANY customer service. Not once have they answered their phones, nor returned our calls. Corporate and sales will answer, but they aren't able to schedule appointments for us or provide any assistance for what we're needing.
This terminix takes advantage of the elderly. 89 and 90 year old customers. The elderly clients pay over 200 yearly for a service they are not receiving. I am the daughter. T. States they serviced in 2019, a Lie! The date they state they came out, they did NOT! I happened to be in town. No one serviced. Asked for a refund they refused. In 2020, 8/10, inquiry was made, T. Gave me an app for 8/14, no one came, double Checked, seems the service date was changed (not by me) to 8/19. Again no one shows up! Called at that time to cancel service, again requested a refund, again refused! If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Very happy customer! They were professional and very knowledgeable about what was going on and what service they provided. Felt very safe after the work was done. Thank you so much.
Stephanie did such an amazing job. I have had services before and she by far was the best. Very detailed and friendly. She didn't rush but completely the job in a timely manner. It has only been a day and already seeing results. I have never had someone be so helpful, send a detailed report on issues that was found, and solutions. I really hope I get her again next time.
