So thankful to have my amazingly talented stylist back. Shelly just joined The Hair Factory crew and I'm ecstatic to have already gotten in my first appointment. The place is simple and there's a really laid back vibe. It's a change of pace from the last place I was seeing Shelly at, but it's a welcomed change. Quaint, simple, but cute. They also have complimentary coffee and they had little clementines available next to the coffee, as well. The station is nice and roomy so it made it much easier and quicker for Shelly to get to the products she used and that was nice. I'm very happy with my first visit. It was a pleasant and calming experience and I look forward to going back. I have later appointments, so I haven't met the other stylists there, but perhaps I'll have that chance in the coming months ahead.
