I tried 2 dealerships before royal oaks . Royal Oaks was the first one that would take my order for my 2021 corvette because of the long wait. The car arrived on a weekend and they only had my office number . The management made a 25 mile drive to my home to try to get in touch. I think that was above and beyond. Everyone at Royal Oaks did a great job and WOW the corvette is great.

Bought a used car from another deal and it needed a little work. They took in my vehicle, got it done in a couple hrs and even found a safety recall that no one told me about. Fixed that for free. Great service department. Brad T. Worked on my truck. That guy really knows his stuff. Great mechanic.

This was the first time I used the shuttle service and had to leave my car. Setting the appointment up was easy she was super polite and she arranged everything. Once I got there I didn’t even wait 5 mins and someone came to drive me back to work. I was able to make the payment over the phone which made it easier for me. After work I was dropped off to my car and “Storm “ was all cleaned up and ready to go. I always enjoy my visits, everyone is so nice and polite. Thank you all for being there for me and my car’s needs.

I bought a 2006 BMW 325ci convertible from Dustin and I can say that he was very helpful throughout the process. The only thing that I can say that is negative is that everything that was wrong with the vehicle wasn't disclosed (I bought the car sight unseen). I'm satisfied with the purchase but in the future I will be a little more cautious when buying a used car from Royal Oaks.

They called to let me know what they found with my headlight and the cost. I was surprised when I picked up my truck that they had this free like road side service you get every time you get your oil change. The other dealership didn't offer that. Love it, I will definitely be back.

Danny & I ordered our 2021 Corvette in August 2020 from Lauren at Royal Oaks Chevrolet. We had contacted other dealerships but none would place our order because of the long wait time. After all these months it finally arrived. They tried diligently to contact us to let us know. Lauren was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped us finalize all the necessary paperwork. Once the business part was complete, Lauren was alot of fun while going through all the features of the car. The Corvette turned out to be everything we had dreamed it would be. Thanks Lauren and Royal Oaks for taking such good care of us.

My experience at Royal Oak Chevrolet was not pleasing at all. They are a prejudice business that I will not do business with again. Service is below par for blacks and if you don't check what they suppose to do you will see that they are just taking your money for less that great service. Very displeased with the facility. Their people need people training.
