If I could give a zero star review, I would do so without hesitation. My daughter stopped in to the KY Oaks Mall location. She was overcharged twice (they charged her 34 for 1 adult meal and a kids meal), treated rudely and served food that was not properly cooked. The \Station Burger\ was supposed to have bacon pieces mixed into the ground beef. It was more pieces of bacon fat and the burger was still pink. I called to speak to a manager because although they did end up refunding her 6 of that 34 but according to the website, the total should have been approximately 20 so I knew she was still owed some money back. I was connected with Nathan who said the website was wrong and that she could get a free meal next time. I told him that after the food and the fact that not one of the three employees standing around hand on masks, none of us would probably be frequenting the establishment. He then said that masks were optional but that he would refund the meal. When I went back with her to get the refund, I nicely let him know that according to Kentucky's Healthy at Work site, masks were not optional unless it was in regards to a child under 5 years of age or a health issue, he told me that nobody enforces the masks, so they didn't have to wear them.

I do not live in Paducah. I live in Tennessee and here visiting for work. Came with coworkers today, and now I want to move here just for this place. Or at least take it with me. AMAZING food. Friendly staff. Quick service.

Went there to eat on 0ct. 29th. My wife accidentally left her draw string bag, with everything money, social security cards, ect. at the dining table. The place had almost no customers but with in minutes of coming back for the bag, the table was clear and the bag was gone. They had some kids running the place. Never thought we would get ripped off surrounded by that many police and firefighter badges and gear. HEROES MAKE SURE TO GRIP YOUR WALLETS AND PURSES; THEY WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF LEFT HERE!!

Stopped in here for lunch because it had great reviews and we were hungry. We saw an article saying this was one of Paducah's 10 best local restaurants. While I agree that they have great burgers and service and good atmosphere, I really hope Paducah has at least 10 places better... my only complaint is that the onion rings were a little too crispy and they were stuck together...

We visited The Station Burger Co for the first time this afternoon. As retired law enforcement and also former fire fighter I instantly fell in love with the decor inside. It is \dedicated\ to law enforcement and fire fighters. I'm a burger/fries kind of guy and this was right up my alley. The food was fantastic, their tea was maybe the best I've had, they were playing contemporary Christian music and I even received a 15% first responder (they have military also) discount. Very relaxing meal and courteous staff. We'll be back
