I've been going to Total Life Care for a year now and couldn't be happier! They were able to see me the same day I called for an appointment! Total Life Cares' providers and staff are always nice and are quick to returning my messages.

I had waited 2 hours in waiting room for a medication refill. The nurse line never picks up or calls you back and the medical staff has always been slow every visit. I’ll come back when I want to spend my whole day there. ️
I would absolutely under no circumstances visit a doctor here which is a shame as SOME of the doctors are very good. My husband and I used to go to one of the doctors here and were very happy. In recent years however, we have experienced waits of over an hour for an appointment. My last yearly exam, I waited over an hour and then timed the doctor when she was in the office. She spent approx 4 minutes with me covering the questions on her checklist and then left. More recently, my parent has been having issues with insurance. The office staff failed to properly respond to the insurance in a timely manner. When speaking with the office manager, Pam, she was very rude and condescending. She stated that patients in the office come first and gave the general impression that my mothers suffering was not of importance to them. She has since called both my mother and I and displayed very rude and condescending behavior. She lacks empathy and due to her behavior and her general lack of care, I would never recommending visiting this location. If your office staff can't handle the patient load, you need more, or different office staff. If Drs arent being made aware of ongoing patient suffering, this is not the place to go. 0 out of 10 would never recommend going here.
Dr. Van Meeks is attentive and patient.
I love Dr Nelson and her two np Amanda and Dawn. I've been with them for seven years now. In 2012 they found a benign tumor because they are thorough and listened. I will never use another physician. Dr Nelson always has time to listen to any new concerns and has a terrific bedside manner! I recommend tlc to all my loved ones

***********USE CAUTION BEFORE VISITING************ I was a new patient, they scheduled 6 month appointment I was unable to make the 6 month appointment, they charged me 25.00 for not showing, I never got follow-up call. I tried to plead my case the lady in accounts payable was rude. They turned the 25.00 over to the credit bureau. My next step is visiting attorney. The whole thing that was so upsetting was the customer service received.
