Went in to see if they had different items than my local Toy R Us mainly looking for Grocery Gang toys for my son. Found a collectible Spawn figure that was marked 10% off and there was a tag saying it was 14.00 on shelf. Took to register and they rang it up telling me it's 17.00 . Told them the shelf said different and they wouldn't even go check they just said nothing they could do about it. The item didn't even ring up as Spawn, it rang up as something else. Still wouldn't change the price though so just said forget it and left with my other item. Thought stores are supposed to honor the prices, but you know what ever they are closing anyway.

Their prices are super expensive! And yesterday I went in to purchase toys from my children's Birthday party and walked up to 3 employees just chit chatting. None of them asked if I needed help and they continued their conversation until they were done, before they helped me, even after I said excuse me. :-/
A great selection of baby stuff and toys. Clean and well stocked. Friendly cusomer service. Will be back.
They have a good selection of toys. Staff is usually pleasant and nice.
So glad they are going out of business.. they sold me a gift and I go today to spend it with my little boy as a surprise for him and they said they don't except the gift cards! Plus they are going out of business and most thing only marked 5% off!? Not kidding! I hope they get stuck with all of it!
The customer service at this store is absolutely horrific. Do NOT waste your time with the Paducah location.
