I recently brought my Cub Cadet mower in to be serviced and have the Carburetor replaced and was quoted 100 and if it looked like it would be more they said I would be notified by phone and that it would be ready by Tuesday they have just finished it 2 weeks and one day later than quoted. Without informing me I ended up being charged 385 on several different things I never gave them permission to do and when I confronted him about not having approved the work he never apologized and was a really rude person overall.The best and really the only good thing about Trovers Outdoors is their beautiful dog named biscuit that hangs out up front, he is the reason I give them the one star and he would be the only reason I would go back.
