Only giving a 3 star. They have been so good on delivery, but the last two times they have left my packages at wrong address. My address is at the road with big numbers, they still drive by my house to a house down the road. Whats up with that?

I went there to claim a package sent to me in 14 November 2020 and did not receive it yet until today. The package which contains important bank documents is lost and no one helped me. The package tracking is showing that it reached the UPS facility in Paducah KY, on the 17th of November 2020, but no one can find it. I called the customer service to claim my package but was not able to talk with a representative. I don't know what to do, happy to receive any help. Thanks.

Awful hours, awful service! Will never use UPS again
As United Parcel Service (UPS) of Paducah goes its a great little nook and cranny distribution center for shipping and receiving parcel packages out of this area. Centrally located on Old Benton Rd. here in the Oaklawn Community for Paducah they get you in an out in fairly short order. Give them a try for all shipping and receiving around the world from right in your own backyard!
