I had a vasectomy done by Dr Young and received great customer service and he was very informative. The front office was also extremely friendly. His assistant Morgan was also very helpful and talked me through the whole procedure.

I had a 11 mm kidney stone and made me wait 3 weeks before they schedule my surgery.i ran out of pain medication and they would not refill my prescription. Some of the rudest staff members I have ever dealt with.

Put on hold 3 times, former pt but required referral even though insurance does not require one. Office sure has changed from 3 yrs ago.
