I ordered a phone from the website inwhich they don't except orders from online but ... That was the only shipping option.. Now someone has my 800 phone and nobody has answers

Went back today issues not very helpful at store manager has an attitude said they don't resolve technical issues at the store anymore contact the technical department which I did and they were very helpful the man I spoke with was Pete but these people that work at the store they need to find new jobs the sales goal that took care of me originally was good but there were issues and we needed them resolved and the manager was not very helpful

We visited the store to purchase a new phone. After watching people walk in we went to the door and were stopped and asked what we needed. I told the man I was looking for a new phone and asked if they had the one I wanted to look at. He told me he couldn’t discuss their stock and told me I could order it online and pick it up. We really didn’t know what to say I felt he was extremely rude. As we walked to our car a lady got out of her car and walked right in. This is not the first time we have been treated rudely at this store but it will be the last.

One star, Because no stars or a half a star aren't available. Verizon was supposed to have a new phone ready to be picked up for my Dad, who's on a Towboat. Account is in \perfect standing\ according to CSR who was supposed to make the arrangements, so it would be charged to the account. He didn't do his job, the staff at the store were nonchalant and uncaring of the situation. We've been customers since the bag phone (towboat dad) but they don't care as long as they are getting paid. My next call is AT&T
