Had a birthday party for my daughter for the first time and had a horrible experience. I was charged for items that weren't given to me and was given any attitude by the manager when it was brought to her attention. The party host didn't communicate anything to me as far as what to expect that night or how much time we had to jump or had to sit at the table. The dodge ball attendant yelled at my daughter for playing one last game of dodge ball after waiting on the long line to get in the game after the announcement was made that her time had expired. I told the manager that he was too busy talking to his g/f to realize her wrist band color and he had let her in the dodgeball game and therefore he should not have yelled at my daughter for playing. If the child has been waiting on a line they should be allowed to get to at least play one last game. The party table was in bad condition and the bench was unsteady when you sit down. It doesn't accommodate tall guests, so adults that attend can't sit at the table with the birthday child. I orderer an additional pizza that I never got. I got charged twice for play cards and the arcade had many broken games that ate up a lot of time waiting for a game attendant to fix. I reserved balloons that weren't on the table but was still charged. And when these complaints were told to the manager there she told me well we just assume everyone has had a party here before and they know what to expect. Seriously? I told her if they treat everyone the way I was treated that I was surprised that they have families return for another party. I was told the store manager would contact me about my terrible experience and that never happened.

Very rude staff and managers. Will not be returning here. Was not willing to do anything to make experience good. Waiting by registers and staff just stared. When they did help they were rude with short answers. Sharon is the worst.

My cousin, 11 years old, thoroughly enjoyed his time here. I enjoyed playing the arcade type games with him, also. I had no idea, but they have a set up similar to Chuck-E-Cheese or places as such. You purchase tokens on a reloadable card, play games, then cash them in for prizes. I do say that some of the games are rather expensive, otherwise this place is absolutely amazing. You pay 10 for the first 30 minutes of jump time, then every 30 minutes there after is 4. I consider this a fairly decent price. I'm not sure how parties work, but I feel that this would be a good place for birthday parties and such.
