Nae Loves Nae

I was a walk in and they seemed to be very busy. However, Vicky made sure to make time for everyone in the building. She was great, patient, showed empathy and concern for everyone. She was all over the place (because they were super busy) but if she was tired or upset you would have never known. The way she treated everyone was the same with a cheerful approach. While getting my eye exam was easy enough. They did not have the contact I needed in stock. Also getting glasses from them but won't be in for 2 WEEKS! They were telling me it could cause problems with billing my insurance because they didn't have the product I needed in stock, while they usually do have them. Talk about passing your problems along to the customer.
