Great moving and storage company. Awesome people to work with.
They had my stuff during deployment because army contracted with them. They broke my heater(I claimed it so I got my money back in a month), Didn't bring my sound bar so I called them but they told me that they delivered but I didn't received. So I told them that I'm going to file then they started look for my sound bar and found it(These happened in march). They just called me that they found my dyson parts and they supposed to deliver today so I waited from 8 am to 1 pm but they didn't come so I called them to ask about it but they forgot to tell me that this delivery was canceled and they will not deliver it individually. So they said I have to find their convenient time and wait for them again pretty much all day.
Last year this company packed and stored my items prior to a PCS to Korea. I just recieved my items last week and the quality of packing was very poor. They replaced my tv with another look alike that doesnt work ( I have serial numbers to prove it is the wrong tv). They also stole all of the tools in my tool box along with countless other damages. I will make sure I tell everyone about this company and their poor service.
My mom used them today to move very heavy antique furniture to her new place and said they were really great to work with. William headed the job and was very professional. Three men total and they were all very courteous and I would highly recommended them for your move.
