We called a month ago when tank percent was 20. This was a week before the ice began. We ran out and was without during the bitter cold. Finally delivered a month after the call. Days after the ice melted. Unacceptable.

We’ve have used this company for a few years and not had any problems. We own our tank and I call to get per gallon price. They also have a day in the late spring where, for one day, you can purchase discounted propane on their customers appreciation day. Service has always been quick and the staff is polite.

Worst customer service in the world. Truly, I have never encountered such negligence. We are only trying to pay our bill - final payment on the purchase of our propane tank. For a week now, no one will return our call so that we can do this. The website they have does not allow anyone to log in and is not working properly. Out of desperation, I am sending a check. The problem is: they keep adding on a ridiculous amount of interest each month. So, we don't know exactly how much we owe. They never send a bill. They let amounts accrue so they can earn more interest. Just want to pay this company and be done with this matter. UPDATE 8-12-19: After posting the 1 star review, the company finally returned a call to me. They then mailed me an actual detailed bill to pay them. Wish they had been more responsive initially, but at least it is now closed and finalized. Will change star rating.
The sorriest excuse for customer service; don't expect any. 2015 I had prepaid, called for gas when I had 28 % and bad storms coming . Called for 3 weeks, had my heat down to 62, ran out and pipes broke in the house. They never showed up. Notified them in December that I was moving and would not be ordering any more gas--went with natural gas--a few months later got hit with bills. Told them to get the tank. June when they picked it up. Billed for rent of tank--paid it. Then billed for no gas use. I refused to pay it, talked to office people over 3 separate months, wrote to company. They are still sending me bills! Too bad there is not a negative star choice they have earned a -5*.
