The other favorable comments on this page have got to be from Whitney cause there is no way anyone could give her a good review after using her. She made promises after promises of things she would say or do but when it came to performing in the courtroom she said nothing. This hard lesson learned costed me my kids for the past several years and she had the audacity to send me an invoice for her services that my retainer fee wouldn't cover. DO NOT USE HER

My overall experience with Whitney was wonderful. She was my second lawyer as my first failed to help me with the child custody issue. She was extremely knowledgeable in the child custody field and told me up front exactly what she planned to do and did just that. She always returned phone calls and emails promptly. Usually the very same day of leaving a message. She was also very well prepared at all court appearances. She was respectful to the judge as well, which I liked. Highly recommend her!
