I actually had a very good experience with them and I loved my Kia. My only gripe... I made every single payment early for 4 years and they never reported it to the credit bureau. I was told when I bought the car that all payments would be reported to help build my credit yet according to my files, they never reported a single payment. Other than that, they were easy peasy to work with.

wouldn't answer the phone left a sign saying going to lunch spent days trying to get in contact .they had vehicles posted on their website that they did not have horrible place,aweful experience

I have had a very good experience with WAG. They weren't pushy I visited the lot and we're very patient with me while I made my decision. A year later and my vehicle is still sound. I absolutely love my truck! The water pump recently went out a few days before I was to go out of town for a family member's surgery. (I have a 2007 Tahoe so it was due for something to go lol) Mark, with the Service Dept came through for me, charging a very reasonable price which was a huge savings compared to quotes I had gotten from several other places. But not only that, Mark was extremely helpful and made sure my vehicle was repaired in time for me to go out of town. (Jeanne was also so sweet and very pleasant at the office!) While it was still in their care, I asked if he'd mind checking a couple of other things, which he did without hesitation. I highly recommend visiting Worldwide Auto Group not only for the wide variety of vehicles available but also for the service they provide after you've made your purchase. It's nice knowing I can count on them long after the sale has been made. mhh Murray Ky

The ppl at the car dealership are decent ppl but corporate won't work with you corporate doesn't listen to their sales ppl or managers corporate does what they want and they are trying to repo the truck now because I don't have proof of where I live but I have made 4 months of truck payments they are shady DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Stay away you will loose money not to mention they sold me a truck that motor was blown and they had to replace the transmission. Corporate didn't want to pay for it they are thieves
