I’m disgusted with this place, I placed an order months ago and it was cancelled due to my location and I was told I would receive a refund and I emailed them after a few days and was told it should take a week , well that was back in February and it’s April and nothing. Disgusting how you could just steal someone money like that.

Not like the Pagham Kebab House of old. New ownership seem to be cutting corners: poorer quality meat and increased prices. For the Pagham Special – a dish with enough meat for 4 people – we were given a fairly substandard salad for 2 max, only a single pitta bread and no sauce. Meat was very salty and not well cooked. Tasted like frozen meat which was a disappointment. Other kebab just a pitta with meat and salad on top, had to be transferred to a plate and remade before eating. A real shame given how good it was under the old owners, hopefully lessons can be learnt.
First time ordering from there I ordered through deliveroo my kebab was wrong and my onions rings had completely melted through the box and covered in the melted mix so un edible and I called them to say they'd got my order wrong and I get called a liar, there rude and the food is rank
Poor food. Won't return there. Don't seem to know what they are doing
Don't ever get lamb donor from here, never have I ever had such poor quality, so much so it's in the bin. I visit pagham regularly and I definitely will not be ordering again.
