Better than a first class service. I have used Automates for spare parts for years and always had excellent service, if it wasn't in stock it would be there in a couple of days. The day before Christmas eve our fridge freezer packed up and needed to get a new one. Looked around on line and could not get one in time so I gave Automates a ring. then went over to see what was in stock. They had exactly what I wanted .It was delivered at 09:00 the following morning ( Christmas eve) . Automates has always and will be my go to place .

Best place to buy appliances by far staff extremely knolegable honest and don't pull the wool over your eyes. Also give free delivery and take old appliences away at no extra cost.
