I have just returned from, what had seemed like a wasted journey. The craft shop I have used for candle supplies has changed hands and sniffily suggested I try Axworthys, so glad they did since the lady THERE couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, whilst they also don't stock my item she was happy to order them on the phone in front of me and take my number for when they arrive. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and that is why I shall get as much as possible from this shop from now on, and urge others to as well!
