I have been going here for years and have only ever received fantastic customer service. All of the staff there are great, I didn’t realise that they weren’t open yet because of the pandemic and phoned to see if I could get hold of some contact lenses. I feel they went out of their way to help me and provide me with a set of contact lenses, even when they’re not officially open for another few days.

Took my daughter for an eye test today, the men who did the tests were very professional and were very helpful would recommend, super service!
Kelly really looked after me made me feel comfortable and welcome. Had an awesome conversation about koalas and a pleasant eye test. Truly a Queen of optometry .
Took my disabled husband for an eye test, the optician was very good but the service that he received afterwards left a lot to be desired! We both came out of the shop with a lot of misgivings. We were very unsure about the service that we had received and whether he was going to end up with the right glasses at all as the girl that dealt with him didn't seem to know what she was doing and only seemed interested in selling him extras which would have been unsuitable for him anyway but would have cost a great deal of money. It later transpired that she was a trainee and it was obvious to us that she should have been supervised. We were told that the glasses would be ready for collection on 19 December, we had a phone call a couple of days later to say that they wouldn't be ready until 23rd, another phone call to us said that they wouldn't be ready until after Christmas! I visited the shop and was told they would be ready by Christmas Eve! Another phone call came to say that they were even further delayed! At which stage I asked for a refund! I have informed them that I will be in to collect the refund and will not be using them again! We wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
