This was a first visit to this salon for me. First impression was how clean and uncluttered it was. The staff were welcoming & I felt very safe. All staff wore masks & for those cutting/treating hair they wore masks & visors. I had booked for a restyle with Jay, she was very friendly & put me at ease. The wash & shampoo was amazing, I was so relaxed!! I was very impressed that she explained exactly what she was going to do at stages of the cut, it was easy to trust her as she cut my hair. My next appointment has been booked and I would recommend this salon.

Went yesterday - 1st time in 5 months! Thank you so much Marcus for the amazing new booking system which enabled me to get hair cut so soon I FELT VERY SAFE because: clear markings on the floor at the door; temperature taken on arrival; my coat went into a disposable bag; I was given a disposable gown - see picture; and a disposable compostable towel; the chairs are 3 metres apart; the staff wear plastic visors and... the hairdressers are in 2 teams working 3 days on 3 days off to limit the numbers in the salon at any time. Fantastic!! And finally, A BIG THANK YOU TO DAVID for transforming 'the look'! Pictures speak for themselves!
It's the only hairdressers I will use now.always friendly welcome and looked after when you walk through the door.spencer does my hair and I don't even need to tell how I want it. Highly recommended by me.
