Very rare I order any clothing on the internet , because I prefer to see and feel what I am buying. However I needed a hat that would cover and protect my ears in the cold wind that will stay on whilst moving. Most hats don't. After a long search, I come across what is called Winter Trapper Hat which also included what looked like face covering. That looked perfect under the current circumstances with covid-19. This will double as a mask when out and about. I placed the order for two and hoped for the best, thinking I will receive some cheap flimsy hat. When I received the hats I couldn't believe the thickness, the lining inside and how smart it's to wear. In order to know which is mying from my husband's I tied a light brown ribbon at the back. I shall be telling all my friends to buy it. Please do not increase the price.

Used them on Ebay. Shocking service received. I did not receive all the items and due to COVID thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Was then offered a 10% refund. Asked them for 10% and my delivery money to be refunded. Unfortunately their maths is about as good as their customer service as I did not even get the right amount back but couldn't be bothered to argue. Not really that hard to work out is it!! Don't bother with this company.

Placed an order for 5 items on the 22nd of May. After a couple of emails with the \Customer Services\ I learned that my order hasn't even been processed a week later... what?! To set expectations for potential new customers \it takes 5-7 days to process the order and another 5 days (min) to receive your items\ - quoted Customer Services agent (James) from memory. Don't know about you, but ill spend my (hard earned) somewhere else. #timewasters

I purchased Dunlop wellington boots from Gsworkwear. After a little over a year of light wear one began to leak due to having split at the seam. I expected longer life from Dunlop boots so asked Gsworkwear for details of guarantee. They gave no response to my request for guarantee details, and made no attempt to consider the matter, simply replying that it was \wear and tear\ and that they could not accept a return. Dissatisfied I contacted Dunlop, who upon receipt of a photograph deemed the split a manufacturing fault. They contacted Gsworkwear to advise of this and of their opinion that my claim should be accepted. Gsworkwear still made no attempt to pursue the matter with me, as a result of which Dunlop themselves sent me a replacement pair. After receiving the new boots I politely contacted Gsworkwear to advise them of the outcome, believing it to be valuable feedback. I received no acknowledgement. 5 stars to Dunlop for excellent customer service. 0 stars to Gsworkwear for contemptible service.
