Had a new number plate made and installed here that then fell off and got lost 2 weeks later due to poor installation. Contacted the garage and was told that I'd have to pay again to rectify what was their error. The garage owner said \we wouldn't normally even install the number plates\ and made out like it was some special favour but when I had them fitted, I was told by the technician that installation was included in the cost. Poor customer services from a very arrogant sounding dealer, will not be recommending! And in response to your reply. As I stated the the front number plate that you replaced fell off, I know this because it has actually since been been found in a car wash. Try taking some accountability for your crooked practises rather than making up rubbish saying they got stolen.The fact that I got the plate back is now irrelevant, it just goes to show the kind of people you are trying to twist things and I'm just so glad that I didn't come back to get my vehicle servicing done like I would have had you not treated me in this way !
