Helpful staff and skilled optician. Took a couple of goes to get my glasses to fit right but staff were patient with me and I will go back next year.

Never had a problem....until now!!! I have found over the past six months that the monthly disposable contact lenses have become very prone to tearing. I ended up having to have extras for my left eye, which took a good couple of weeks due to my prescription. Then the same happened with the right eye so I phoned and requested one more lense. I have given it the two weeks and called to chase it up to discover it hadn’t even been ordered!!!! To most people it’s not a big deal but to me unfortunately it is....I have had to wear glasses since I was 18 months old and I can’t stand it. I lack confidence in glasses and don’t like seeing myself wearing them. I am going on holiday and am not going to have it for then I am honestly and truly gutted and upset that I was told it would be ordered and hadn’t been. The lady I spoke has just tried to brush it off as if it’s nothing...it’s not to her it doesn’t affect her....but it does me. As I say I have never had a problem before and I am shocked by this.
