I have used Premier lettings previously and cant recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to rent any of there properties. They treat you with care & compassion and most of all they listen to your needs and give you honest feedback. I was relocating from Birmingham and they made the whole process seamless and the fact that they care and treat you with respect speaks Volumes to me. I initially contacted Kelly and advised her what i was looking for and my budget and she has found me the perfect new home which we are thrilled with. A big thank you to you all at Premier Lettings i would have given you more stars (But only allows 5 )as i think the service you provide is outstanding.

Have used Premier Lettings for a number of years now and would highly recommend them. Always a lovely friendly welcome and they provide a very professional and excellent service. Other letting agencies have let me down in the past but so glad I came across Premier Lettings whose staff always go the extra mile for you and do what they say they will do on time and very efficiently. Give them a call and judge for yourselves and you won' t be dissappointed.

All in all an appalling experience that left me out of pocket. There are better letting agents who actually look after your property and it's tenants. I would avoid at all costs!
Your lettings have rented out to any one young that DSS will pay leading to 1tenants family robbing me . 2nd bunch of clowns being evicted soon thank god after 18months plus of no kip in the day unless out . Police being out over 5 times in a week and generally ruining my quality off life here now wanting too move out after 18 years . You need to raise your standards of tenants instead of thinking solely about money !
They take your money for referencing, but don't carry out the checks, but keep your money. Avoid at all costs.
