“Doctor” Paul White conducted his appointment with my 81 year old, oxygen wearing, grandmother without wearing his mask in the middle of a surging covid-19 pandemic. He claimed he was the doctor and did not need to wear a mask. He then mentioned the New Year’s Eve party he planned to attend. Don’t doctors take oaths to protect their patients?

I recommended Dr White to my sister when she moved down here. If he took the time to talk to her he might have know what was going on with her. But she had different intake Assistants and apparently when ordering procedures they don't know the correct wording. They were rude and dismissive. They pretty much left my 75 year old sister in pain. Thought they say they are trying I just didn't see it. She has been in pain for 2 mnths now and barely able to get out of bed. They took their sweet time getting her first surgery scheduled and thats where the damage was done. finally did the second after we had reminded them(they said they had no idea lie) it.didn't take. Their wording to the insurance for a procedure she didn't need was wrong and denied. The Dr. himself she liked very much that being said, this either shows their ineptness to do their job or the plain nasty, rudeness of the people that work there.

My name is Ruth and Dr. White is The worst pain doctor i have encountered. I waited over an hour for him to speed talk to me for 4 minutes. I came today as a new patient. He did absolutely nothing. Ignored me and just did what he wanted. Why prescribe meds that I have used many times and never work, then insult doctors who prescribe other meds they think will work. What a waste of my time. Dr. Paul White is arrogant and cared nothing about me at all. I will never go back.

I did not go here for pain management, I was there for a nerve conductive test ( I cannot remember the guy's name). He was so impersonal, indifferent, and a bit rude. He kicked the blow dryer across the floor, and appeared to be in a hurry. I felt as though I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. If he was that perturbed then maybe he should find another line of work.
