Excellent customer service with lovely staff that do their upmost to help you and make sure you are happy. They have lots of stock they even have products that are hard to find elsewhere which is great.

Appalling and rude service, profiteering during the pandemic. Extremely poor colour match job, we got a grey as opposed to a dark rich blue. Hiked up prices - hand santitisers at 10, Zinsser BIN 35 instead of 20 (from B&Q). Edit - you told us you could colour match Little Greene paints in Farrow and Ball colours, it was not mentioned that it would be a different colour. Might as well be orange, waste of 130.

Supplied paint when other places were closed due to the pandemic. I overstocked, but the surplus was accepted back and I was refunded willingly. I would use them again.
