I called this company and requested an estimate approximately 3 weeks ago. Rick informed me he was out of town and asked me to send an email and he would reply on monday. After waiting one week longer than monday for my promised response, I followed up again. Rick apologized and set up an estimate for me a week later. 2 hours after the scheduled time I replied again asking if he would still be coming by and I never recieved a response. Not worth the time and effort. I should not have to try this hard to purchase a service. Only recommended if you the customer wants to put in more effort than the service provider. It took me 3 weeks of self initiated attempts to never even receive an estimate, so I cannot verify if the fair prices listed above are accurate.

I chose Painting by Rick for multiple reasons. He was prompt on returning my calls and getting me an estimate for the work I needed done. His knowledge of the work I needed seemed superior to other contractors I had spoken to and his pricing was reasonable. His guys showed up ready to work and were courteous and professional and yet diligent about getting the job done and left the home just as they had found it, clean and uninterrupted. He is definitely on my list of trusted contractors in Loudoun County!

Rick's team showed up on time, extended a friendly hand, and got down to business. I've never witnessed a team who worked, laughed, and sometimes sang, so well together. No detail was left undone and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outstanding performance and results. We would recommend this company to our closest friends and family. Painting by Rick did a wonderful job bringing back life to a very tired and neglected older house. The paint was chipping everywhere and the roof looked awful. Rick's crew was courteous and hard working. They did a wonderful job and now the house looks 100% better. I will use their services again and would not hesitate to recommend.
Rick and Company replaced all the rotten trim on the exterior of my home, power washed and painted. The team was friendly and professional. Some of the work required rebuilding bay windows and they did a fantastic job. Rick was always responsive and communicated the progress well. I highly recommend them for any exterior painting job you have!
