Recently picked up my Fiesta from the click and collect centre Linwood and had a 5* experience! Justin at the centre really helped me and talked me through everything perfectly and professionally! This is my first car so I didn’t know what to expect but he explained everything very well and made sure I was happy with the car and took time to explain everything in detail! Collected my new car last night from the click and collect centre in Linwood. Me and my husband had Kieran doing our hand over and we were both so impressed by his professionalism and attitude. He made the whole process so easy for us and we will both be recommending Linwood to our friends and family for future purchases. I would also like to give Justin some recognition as well. He had phoned myself earlier in the morning to let me know the car had arrived and was available for collection. Again, his attitude, energy and phone mannerisms were fantastic and as soon as I got off the phone me and my husband agreed that this was someone that really loves doing his job. The manager is very lucky to have these boys working for them because service like this can be rare to find.
