Review of instore pharmacy - the pharmacist on duty on Monday 10th in the evening was possibly the least helpful and disengaged pharmacist I have ever came across. My prescription was lacking some detail about a specific dressing that the doctor had prescribed to help dress my 2 year old daughter's arm. Instead of trying to solutionise, I would suggest picking up the telephone would have worked. It was suggested that I just buy some as they didn't know what size to give me. When I asked if it was a pleasant flavoured antihistamine I was informed it was whatever the manufacturer made it. In future I will use other another pharmacy chain that shows more customer focus and understanding of the customer/patients needs.
