Being classed as vulnerable had a courtesy call from the Paisley branch today. Lovely girl to chat to, in the course of which commented because of the snow and ice I was running out of bread. I was totally delighted when later today a loaf of bread was delivered to my door by one of her colleagues. Now that is what I call service with kindness.

My partner went this morning to the Paisley's branch (wearing a mask) and he came back devastated saying that two staff members were shouting at him very close and without wearing any mask. Are the Bank of Scotland workers immune to Covid-19 or what ? I hope everything is recorded because if he gets sick we know exactly where to start looking for the responsible. And of course I'm moving to another bank.
