Bed was supposedly half price at 400, well if i'm gutted with the shoddy product I got I pity anyone who paid "full price". Base collapsed, memory foam on one side but turning was recommended so sometimes I have to sleep with springs digging into me when mattress is turned. Twitter acct is full of disappointed customers, lamenting the lack of customer services. Wish they would just come and take the whole thing away. And I feel sorry for the elderly relative who bought me it under the impression the company was reputable and produced quality products. I've been left with an uncomfortable bed I can only sleep on on side of and the relative is 400 out. The damn thing is still under the guarantee but Benson's will do anything to avoid paying out and I certainly don't want another product. Think twice about this company. It's not a bargain if it's faulty and unusable especially as we spend half the day in the bed. Find the extra money and but a brand name from Dreams. Avoid these cowboys.

Why, you ask why? I ordered my bed in July and I have received it in January.... the delivery guys were not even notified that they had to build the bed.... we had to show them our receipt... to prove that we paid for that service. They weren’t even told that they had to take back our complimentary bed....

You were great for customer service but delivery men traipsed muddy boots through my new carpet. And left muddy footprints.

Customer service very poor . Had so much hassle with my bed with little to no help . Had to call 21 times, was in store 4 times to try and resolve my issue. Once resolved I then had to chase up my gesture of good will as I have still not received this even though I was offered this and told it would be paid into my account after waiting almost 3 weeks I called yesterday to be told I would get a call Wednesday to get my bank details to pay this...... I dont hold out much hope that I will actually get a call. No doubt I will need to call again and wait an hour to get through to someone so I can get my payment. So all in all I have gave you 1 star and won't be using or recommending any one else uses this company again.
