Staff were Welcoming and friendly. Didn't wait long at all for a table and when seated they took track n trace quickly and efficiently. Staff on the ball when customers leaving they were cleaning down chairs, tables etc definitely felt safe and comfortable here and the food was delicious xx would highly recommended xx

Staff are amazingly friendly even when they are very busy & nothing is too much bother for them. Go here every Wednesday night for a catch up with friends & last night asked for a plain salad by itself which isn't on menu & they were happy to accommodate that. So thank you once again Bianco Nero

Eggs benedict were a pure mess, delivery and packaging fault. I do not reccomend delivery from this place.

We ordered the soup of the day, crepe and dessert. There are 3 choices for soup of the day, multiple flavour of crepes and desserts. We like the crepe so much.

I popped in there at 9.15 am to get a strawberry cheesecake, my favourite usually. I was greeted by a lady with a foreign accent. She asked me if I was eating in or takeaway. I said takeaway. I asked for 1 cheesecake. She gave me 2. I thought ok I might manage the 2. The cheesecakes were not fresh. I couldn't even finish 1. I binned them. Not the usual standard for this coffee shop.
