For a fast food restraunt you always have to wait an age for food to come out. Always more expensive than competitors. Need to improve quick food and more competitive prices on main menu items

Very fast and food was to a high standard and hot. Expensive mind you but enjoyed it
1st time I'd been to bk for a long time. Was with the kids, and we ordered the chicken nuggets and I've got to say, they were tremendous. So tasty and far superior to the mcd ones. The sprite was flavourful, unlike some draft drinks you get and the fries were lovely. Granted it was our first fast food since lock down, but even munching in the car (drive through only) it was a cracking wee lunch. Would have given it 5 stars if the staff had been friendlier.
Card only once im in the queue and cant get out,,,,,bacon on the burger was stone cold and for some reason when i ask for 1 tomato sauce i get 11 hahahahaha is that one for each chip ?
