Go to the big Estate Agents - Then you don't need to put up with staff who constantly talk over you on the phone - to the point of me needing to hang up. I went to most of the estate agents in Paisley and arranged for them to visit this 3 bed property I was flipping. Although Castlehead came in the most expensive, they then matched the other big three. Paul, the owner, sold me the notion of the more personal friendly family owned company approach and pleaded for my business...imagine my surprise to learn they Paul had sold the company two weeks later. The quality of service was so poor, they promised professional photos, well, well, well - it was lassie in the office was tasked to take the photos!! Not a professional, they were so bad, I re-shoot them myself. They also used a freelance person to take the viewings - not the service I was promised. I'm not disgruntled I JUST WANT TO WARN YOU, and this is not personal - I did make a profit when I flipped this property - so, I was happy for that. I had to re-advertise the property as the offer on the table was looking vulnerable, however, the advice I was given was to REDUCE the asking price- this action only served to make new purchasers think there was an issue with the property and make them think they can offer under the valuation. I only gave them a two star because they offered to \do\ the viewings for free. Go to the big companies, save the hassle and get the right price for your property.

Cannot praise the team any higher. Sold my late fathers house with them in 3 days. From initial valuation meeting to completion thet were compassionate and so helpful. Highly recommend this local firm
