Waited 25 minutes for Terry and member of post office staff to finish having an argument behind the counter, seeing I was waiting to be served he pulled down the blind!! in the time I waited I counted at least 11 people come and go who wanted to use the post office. Its supposed to be open all day total disgrace and unprofessional treating customers this way I ended up walking back home and jumping in the car and drove to Kilmacolm the man who served me was so pleasant and helpful I will never use Linwood post office again.

I stay in Linwood but I’ll drive by this post office and use the Post Office in Elderslie, Johnstone or Houston. Much better service. She’ll be a minute is all you get in the Linwood Post Office as you stand and wait for someone to show up. Or post office is shut even though the it’s within opening hours to make you look like the fanny. Customer service training required when she does show up.
