Went to a meeting run by Renfrewshire Council about Faith and Mental Health. Various churches run groups that help deal with mental health including arts and crafts woman 2 woman. They had people giving their testimonies of how faith played a big part in helping them on their journey to wellness. The lack of community spirit plays a big part in the decline in mental health these days especially for young men.
