Having dealt with many rental companies and having fair experiences I must say that the customer service and politeness of the girls at Glasgow airport has been exceptional. They have went out of there way to help. Having hired a car with squeaky window wipers they arranged a quick swap over at a more local enterprise and a upgrade from a Tesla model S to a Tesla model X, my 10 year old son and 6 year old girl could not be happier!! Then having to phone and extend the hire they could not have been more helpful. I believe the manager is Emma, thanks to her and her staff...I could recommend you guys highly enough

I will never be renting a car from Enterprise again. They made up "damage" on the sole of the tyres and want to charge up to 150 for new tyres. Please be warned they are scam artists and you will not get your deposit back. I have attached a photo of the tyre they are asking 150 for. Update (27/02/18): After many months of letters going back and forth it finally got escalated to regional management. The guy was embarrassed with how staff acted at this branch, gave a full refund and said that they will be put on a training course to make sure it never happens again. Finally!...Justice!... I will however keep this 1* review just because on the whole it tainted the holiday. Not to mention the amount of time we spent arguing our case.

Very pleasant experience here – friendly staff who genuinely seemed to care that I had a good trip and took the time to show me everything in the car. After so many horror stories of car rental places at airports, it's nice to have one that breaks the mould! :)

DO NOT RECOMMEND - SHOULD HAVE stuck with Sixt for their amazing cars and easy service. We used and returned our vehicle in perfect condition (Pickup from Glasgow, drop off at Inverness) - earlier than booked and exactly as instructed. 1 week later we received and got charged 42 for late return. They charged us for the two extra days which is completely wrong considering I have photos and plane tickets on the day of drop off. Still arguing with them but will be escalating this. Untrustworthy behaviour - charging my credit card with no notice and unauthorised transaction!

Best car rental experience I’ve had to date. Was a little weary simply due to all the other terrible experiences I’ve had over the years, but Enterprise were fantastic from start to finish. Received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival as the model I booked was unavailable, and the upgrade was indeed complimentary, unlike other ‘upgrades’ I’ve received in the past, there were no extra charges tagged on after dropping the car off. Staff were polite and extremely friendly. All in all an excellent service, I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent car rental company. Will be using again!

I had a good experience renting a car in November 2019. Staff was professional, pricing fine, debit card deposit accepted with reimbursement three days post-rental and car quality (class mini, got a ford fiesta ST 2019) was excellent. No pushy sales tactics regarding insurance, but it was 'suggested' with a gentle push. I was not pushed further as I mentioned third-party insurance. Upon my return a staff member offered his umbrella to me while it was raining as he checked the car for problems. He also offered to remove some trash I accidentally left in the car. The only negative was me having to wait quite a while as I had arrived early and two couples in front of me took quite some time. However, the lady I dealt with had a pleasant attitude which made up for the time delay. I do think that checking in at that desk could easily be replaced by a machine as all the receptionist does is check your ID, payment card and rings the cabin near the car. It would have sped up things and other competitors already do this.
