As I always find with Enterprise, the staff members were helpful and friendly. This was a drop-off only and I received a refund for an unused day, which I did not expect but was pleased about.

Pushy and unhelpful staff. Was given a hire car after an accident and my insurance company sent me here. Staff are friendly enough until you don't take their expensive insurance add-ons. After telling them I just wanted standard cover, the young lady tried her hardest to get me to take tyre insurance at least 4 times. Even though I kept telling her no thanks, she insisted on being pushy and aggressive. Told them that the car my insurance co was providing was too big for my needs and asked for something smaller. Was told no and I had to take what they chose. Staff became unhelpful when they knew I wasn't taking tyre insurance.
avoid at all cost dont maintain there cars or do safety checks currently have a Nissan qashqai as a courtesy car at the moment and its come up on the dash oil level low when phoned to let tell them know there was a issue they tried to tell me its probably just had a service and just needs reset and the could guarantee me that there would be plenty of oil in it so i let the car cool down opened the bonnet checked the oil it was at minimum coolant level also at minimum so was the brake fluid level i have took videos and plenty of pictures as evidence but I have been reassured from enterprise paisley that the car had all its fluids checked before hire when they haven't been checked for a long time so iam now sitting with a car I can not use due to the issues
They are telling you to buy additional insurance. If you get chip on the windscreen that will cost you 500 quid excess. If somebody is going drive into your back - 500 quid excess. If somebody is going drive into your back and you get chip on the windscreen- 1000 pounds excess. You will pay for car rent and probably additional insurance
Went to rent a van with a bold tyre only to be told by staff it was fine .death trap.
