David Clark and the team at ESP Security Systems provide a highly professional service. From quotation to instillation of alarm, it was a very quick and affordable process. The team are very efficient and friendly. I was kept up to date at every stage. They were excellent whilst installing through to clearing up. Since instillation, on the odd occasion that I have needed to call the office, my query has been dealt with swiftly. I continue to use and would highly recommend this company and congratulate them on achieving the NSI GOLD Award.

Great service and great company! Both of the guys that came out were extremely professional, explained what they were doing and why, and gave us an alternative plan when their first plan didn't exactly work. They also cleaned up after themselves too which was a nice surprise! Would (and have already) recommend ESP to anyone who are looking to get an alarm system installed!

ESP were initially recommended to me by a home owner in Paisley who knew that we were looking to install and Alarm system in our offices. We were very happy with this and have renewed our service contract for a second year. More recently, in December 2016, David and his team installed CCTV in our Dundee Depot which we were able to view in our East Kilbride Head Office. This has really helped us with the remote managing of this site. ESP turned up on schedule and worked cleanly and efficiently. We have now asked them to install CCTV in our yard at Head Office. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

ESP installed a burglar alarm in our house approximately 15 years ago and it worked perfectly up until a few weeks ago when we started getting false alarms. We expected to have to replace the system at appropriate expense and finally called the company. My call was answered promptly and efficiently. The receptionist called up our details almost instantly and said it was probably only needed a new battery. She offered to send out an engineer and explained that the standard call out charge was 50. The engineer came a few days later at the agreed time, checked out the system and said the battery needed replacing and that would probably solve the problem. There was no attempt to try and sell us a new or upgraded system. The alarm has worked perfectly since. The bill arrived today and included a charge of 12.50 for the battery which is the internet price. Excellent and courteous service. I highly recommend them.
