It’s now 4 for 10 minutes which is not enough time if you need to walk someone to checkin and very stressful because the overstay fines are insane. So a better option now is to use Car Park 2 return to machine to pay 4 just before 20 minutes is up, then there is a 15 min grace period enough time to go back across to airport to say your good byes. You you are getting a relaxing 35 mins park for 5 instead of a super stressful 4 drop off. Can’t wait for the forecourt to reopen for free drop off, it’s been many years of inconvenience since the terrorist attack. Airport could charge for curb side bag-drop if it wants to make extra revenue.

A private car should not have to pay 4 to drop of or pickup a passenger but you do

Pick up points was OK. But due to the boarder control and loosing my cigarettes. As Turkey say we can buy 9 cartons. My first holiday in 18 years. I didn't know the rules. We has to wait on taxi home. Sorry. No photos of Glasgow airport. Lesson learn.

Glasgow airport never fails to disappoint and rip off their own customers. An airport with no rail link, you are forced to take a taxi or bus or get a lift from family or friends. With conveniently placed clearways conveniently placed along the entrance to the airport you will be forced to pay a private company for simply allowing your car to be on their land for a mere few minutes - and if you find yourself there more than half an hour you can expect your wallet to be heavily maimed.

Forced to pay to drop off and pick up passengers. Will choose another vacation destination from now on.

It's a good idea to have a pay for the length of time your there as it's very efficient and you are able to go through faster because of this.
