We have used Gasman to install and service our boiler for a few years now. We find the team to be efficient and punctual, they always turn up when arranged and phone in advance which is just brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Stay away from this company,they are the worst people I have ever dealt with. They wrongly installed a boiler for me in August 2017 I had to get Gas Safe out to get them to correct all the issues, they charged me an additional 900 to install a new gas pipe which took the price to over 3000. When Gas Safe raised their concerns they had to come back and put yet another gas pipe in December 2017. Seven months down the line we are still dealing with the problems left by them, as the boiler was installed on to a dirty system. The entire staff are very unprofessional from the office staff to their engineers. I had a heat detector installed in the kitchen and even that was done wrongly, so their electricians are no good either.When I asked them to fit it correctly I was told there would be an additional charge to correct their work!! Beware and we warned stay well away from these clowns.
My husband and I decided to contact Gasman energy for a quote for servicing our gas boiler at our new property, plus other work that required a specialist corgi registered gas heating engineer including electrical work that we wanted carried out on our property. The service we received was absolutely fantastic and the tradesmen were very competent,efficient,and reliable. The staff are all very helpful and extremely friendly,and the service in which we recieved exteeded our expectations. This company is fantastic with good rates from experienced and very highly skilled tradesmen. I will definitely be using this company again and I will also be recommending their services to family and friends. Thanks for everything Robert gas engineer and Robert the electrician. Where should I start from ? Used them on a couple of occasions, they seem to be very friendly and act as (professional, family ) run business but the manager does not even give a damn to call you back !!! I asked to speak to a manager and they said, they'll pass my number on and he'll be in touch. That was two weeks ago David, Are you professional ? Or just using big fancy words ?? I had a guy come in to fix and service my boiler, 10mins in to it he said I need new pressure relief valve and low pressure switch, vessel needs recharged at the same time, i said right ok how much would it be roughly and can you do it just now ? He says, no i dont have the parts, " so he had to go order the parts and come back another day to charge me another 2 hours for labour ??? And 60 quid vat for materials ??? I would avoid
Dreadful company. My son and his partner's boiler was rendered useless by these people...something about the flue. They slapped a "condemned" order on the boiler last Friday (22nd Sept) and the new boiler is not being fitted until this Thursday (5th Oct) I called this company and spoke to Jacqui, a very insolent, troubled and inefficient individual incapable of being in a customer facing job, to ask why the delay in fitting and can it be moved forward as they have had no heating or hot water during this time. She made some feeble excuse about her computer system not starting up hence unable to give me information. She actually laughed at me at one point when I asked to speak with her supervisor/manager and then told me SHE was the supervisor....oh dear, God help us!!! Incompetence of the highest order. I shall be at the property when their workmen call to fit the boiler and all I can say is pity help them if they come with attitude or do a bad job. STEER CLEAR OF THOSE CLOWNS is my strong advice!!
