Tried to put us in a SUV after saying they did not have the Mercedes C class we had booked. After a couple trips to the back room and a lot of typing our car miraculously became available. Paid 165 out of pocket for a tyre puncture despite coverage. Not my usual Hertz experience.

J’avais réservé et payé à l’avance. Le personnel a été très gentil. Après avoir remis l’auto et passé à la sécurité de l’aéroport, je me suis aperçu que j’avais perdu mon porte-feuille. J’ai retourné chez Hertz, et ils avaient retrouvé mon porte-feuille et l’avais placé dans une enveloppe pour réclamation. Bonne expérience avec eux.
